I Understand

I have been there. Stuck. Watching areas of my life not be the way that I knew they could be. And honestly, I wasn’t sure HOW to change those things that were within my power to change so that I could attempt to regain a measure of control over my life.

Through goal setting, consistency, discipline, and having a support system in place for accountability, I am closer to living the kind of life I want to live than I ever have been.

I seem to always end up being the “go to” person for guidance for my friends and my family, and surprisingly, even complete strangers routinely pour their hearts out to me when they need encouragement and a compassionate ear. (I have been told that I am gifted with the ability to listen without judgement, to offer additional perspectives, and to assist others while they decide for themselves what is best for them and what actions to take.)

Once I discovered how to move my own life forward and began to experience continued success tackling my own life struggles, I knew I had to create a way to help others do the same. So, I did the work necessary to be formally equipped to help others through Accountability and Life Coaching.

I’m looking forward to talking with you to see if we would be a good fit for one another, and borrowing words from poet Mary Oliver, having you..

“Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life”.

Let's get busy creating that life.
